BLACK MOUNTAIN ESTATES retirement community sits on 33 acres in Brattleboro, Vermont. The southern portion of the land is undeveloped, consisting of a 6-acre agricultural field and forested hillsides. Trees envelope the community, providing a green, natural setting. A private nature trail runs alongside the western boundary line. The surrounding land to the north and west is undeveloped, giving residents the opportunity to interact intimately with nature whenever they choose.
Our community is ideally located - one mile from I-91 and Route 9 access. Putney Road, which includes many retail and dining options, is less than 1/2 mile away.
