Black Mountain Estates is a wonderful place to live
The labor it took off our shoulders such as snow removal, mowing etc has made our lives much more enjoyable. Our neighbors are wonderful. Black Mountain Estates offers a wide variety of things to do
From working out in the private gym, and playing pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, ping pong and pool. The dogs even love their dog park here. Many of the people here walk the grounds at all times of day. The people of BLACK MOUNTAIN ESTATES are a warm and tightly-knit community, with a sharing library, weekly happy hour, holiday get-togethers, monthly "tea talks," meditation, and tai chi. The residents create group activities based on interests and we enjoy taking part in as many as we can. BLACK MOUNTAIN ESTATES handles all maintenance - the community always looks good and is safe whatever the season.
